Tool # 3

I like the idea of using a video as an independent station.  This would allow the students an opportunity to view the material in a different way and possibly answer questions about it.  I spent time looking through Youtube,                                    
Teachertube  and Schootube.  I like the many raps used to hellp students learn and remember math concepts.  I think 6th grade students would enjoy learning this way.  Perhaps they could even come up with their own rap in order to help them remember steps to a type of problem such as adding fractions with unlike denominators.
